Profile view
Every registered user will be able to view their profile within Expertise, within which the user views the pages. On the profile, the user will see:
- Link to LinkedIn profile
- User type
- Time zone
- System language
- Profile photo
- Name
- Surname
- LinkedIn / login email
- Alternate email
- Alternate Email Status (Not/Verified)
- Telephone number
- Work status
- Current company
- Current position
- Name of the school
- City school
- Languages
- User's city
- Date and time format
- Industry
- Need for skill development
- Senior or Expert skill level
Expert profile:
- Agreement to terms for experts and mentors
- Expert approval date
- Languages

Completeness of the profile
The user sees a profile completion indicator (according to the user's profile completion status) within the Expertise in which the user views the pages.
Profile view by another user
The user can view the profile of other users within Expertise, in which the user is viewing pages, if they have the role of expert or student. Profiles of other users are not visible.
Edit user profile
The user will be able to edit his profile in a few steps within Expertise, in which he views the pages. Some items will be common to all Expertises, while others will be individually set within specific Expertises.

If the "Employment Status" is changed to something other than "Student" and the user has a "Student Approval Date", the "Student Approval Date" and "Student Status Consent" will be removed. Additionally, if "User Type" is "Student", it will change to "User" in all Expertises.
If the user has an "Approved Expert Profile" ("Expert Approval Date") and a general "Agreement to Expert Terms", the "User Type" will change to "Expert" in the given Expertises.
If "Work Status" is changed to "Student" and the user has "User Type" "Expert" within an Expertise, the "User Type" is changed to "User" within that Expertise.
Alternate email verification
When the "Alternative email" is changed, a confirmation email is sent to the user.
The user confirms the new "Alternative email" by clicking the button in the email.
After confirming the new "Alternative email" it is set that "Alternative email is verified".
Editing of billing data
The user has the option to retrieve data about the subject from the public register.
The user will be able to edit the billing information on the profile:
- ID number
- TIN
- Company name/ Name and surname
- Billing email
- Street
- City
- zip code
- Country
Loading data from the public register
After entering the country and VAT number, the user is allowed to retrieve invoicing data from the public register on the invoicing data editing form.
Editing email notification settings
The user will be able to edit the e-mail notification settings on the profile:
- Send e-mail - Webinar reminder
- Send Email - Webinar Link
- Send email - Webinar cancelled
Account deletion
The user will be able to request the "deletion" of his user account.
An expert who has meetings scheduled will not be able to request account deletion until the meetings are canceled or take place.
After entering the request to delete the account, he will have to fill in:
- Reason for deletion
- Would you recommend the app to your colleagues?
User profile completion check
If the user has not yet completed filling out the user profile, its completion is checked when saving the user's data within the Expertise.
To mark the completion of the user's profile within the Expertise, the user must have completed the following information:
- Link to LinkedIn profile
- User's city
- Work status
- at least 1 unarchived Branch
- at least 1 unarchived skill marked "Need development" within the given Expertise
If the user profile is completed, the completion of the user profile is recorded (“Date of completion of user profile filling”) within the given Expertise. Furthermore, activity credits will be credited to the user for completing the profile and the movement of credits will be recorded for him "Bonus credits for completing the user's profile" (he can receive these credits only once as part of the Expertise).
Sending a notification in the event of an incomplete user profile
After 7 days of registration, the system will check whether the user profile has been completed. If the profile is not complete, the system automatically sends the user a notification with the subject "Complete your profile".
Language change
The user will be able to change the language of the application within his profile by selecting from System languages.
After selecting a different language, the application localization changes and saves the language settings in the profile as "System language".
Time zone change
The user will be able to change the time zone of the application using the dropdown with a selection from Time Zones.
After selecting a different time zone, the times in the application will change and save the time zone settings in the profile as "Time Zone".
Warning about a different time zone
After logging in, it is checked whether the "Time Zone" of the user and the browser are the same. If it is not, a message will be displayed informing that the time zones do not match.
If the system time zone is changed and it does not match the user's "Time Zone", a message will be displayed informing that the time zones do not match.
Updating data from LinkedIn
When logging in, the user's current data on LinkedIn is compared with the data stored in the database, and if old data is detected, the user's data is updated.
The following data from LinkedIn is being updated:
- Profile photo
- Name
- Surname
- E-mail
If it is not possible to connect to the LinkedIn account to update the data, the system will log the user out.
