List of chats

The user can view the list of started chats regardless of the selected Expertise.

The list will include:

• Profile photo of the user / expert (counterparty)
• User / expert (counterparty)
• The user / expert (counterparty) is blocked
• Preview of the text of the last message
• Date and time of last message
• Contains unread messages

When displaying the list of messages, the messages are marked as read (however, the "Unread" status is updated only after a refresh or re-display of the messages so that the user can see which messages are new).

User initiated chat

If the expert has chat enabled ("User start chat allowed"), the user can start a chat with the expert from the meeting details. With the fact that you can write him a message afterwards. If the user is already communicating with the expert, he can view the list of messages.

Create a one-on-one meeting

The expert can propose an individual meeting for the counterparty of the chat.
