Link to meeting
Creating a link on a video conferencing platform
When arranging a meeting, a meeting scheduled for a certain time is created on the video conference platform. Both the expert and the user will be able to connect to it using special links that will be valid only for this scheduled time.
Generating links for individual meeting participants
Both the expert and the user are generated separate links to join the meeting, which will be valid only at the scheduled time - from 15 minutes before the start to an hour after the end
Editing a link on a video conferencing platform
When a different meeting date is agreed upon, the start time of the created meeting will also be adjusted on the video conference platform, and links for individual users will be automatically regenerated with the new validity time.
Unlink on the video conferencing platform
When the meeting is cancelled, the created link on the video conference platform is also cancelled.
Start a meeting
For a meeting that is approved by both parties, the expert can join the link on the video conference platform during the meeting and up to 15 minutes before the start of the agreed meeting. Just use the link in the details of the meeting, which redirects the expert directly to the video conference platform.
Recording user participation
When a link to an online meeting is opened, the user's participation is recorded and a "User Attended Meeting Recorded" event is written to the meeting timeline.
Recording of expert participation
When an online meeting link is opened, the expert's participation is recorded and the "Expert Attended Meeting Recorded" event is written to the meeting timeline.
Confirmation of the held meeting
After the meeting, the expert confirms its progress from his side. If the confirmation is successful, it is saved and the "Meeting Progress Recorded by Expert" event is recorded on the meeting timeline.
The meeting progress will be automatically evaluated in the following cases:
- The expert was the first to evaluate the progress and select the option "The meeting did not take place because of me (absence, technical problems)" (in this case, no confirmation from the user is expected).
- In other cases, when the user has also confirmed that the meeting has taken place, but the progress has not yet been automatically evaluated.
- If neither the user nor the expert evaluated the course of the meeting within 7 days (168 hours) of its end.
Automatic evaluation of the course of the meeting after confirmation by the user and the expert
If the "Credit Payment Status" for an appointment is "Blocked", automatic payment or refund of credits will occur in the following cases:
- The user was the first to rate the meeting and chose "The meeting went without problems" or "The meeting did not take place because of me (absence, technical problems)".
- The expert was the first to evaluate the meeting and select "The meeting did not take place because of me (absence, technical problems)".
- Both the user and the expert confirmed that the meeting had taken place.
- Neither the user nor the expert rated the meeting within 7 days (168 hours) of its end.
The meeting is evaluated automatically:
- When the user chooses "The meeting went without problems" or "The meeting did not take place because of me (absence, technical problems)", the progress of the meeting is automatically evaluated.
- When choosing the expert "The meeting did not take place because of me (non-participation, technical problems)", the progress of the meeting is automatically evaluated.
- If the expert has confirmed that the meeting took place, an automatic evaluation will start.
- If neither the user nor the expert has evaluated the meeting within 7 days (168 hours) of its end, an automatic evaluation will be triggered.
The transfer of credits from the user to the expert (without a contribution to the technical provision of the meeting) and the recording of the movement of credits will take place in the following cases:
- "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting went smoothly".
- "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting failed because of me (absenteeism, technical problems)".
- The "Meeting progress" for the expert is "Meeting failed due to the other party (absence, technical problems)" and the user did not complete the "Meeting progress" within 7 days (168 hours) of its end (it is considered that the meeting failed due to the user).
- Neither the user nor the expert completed the "Meeting progress" within 7 days (168 hours) of the end of the meeting (the meeting is considered to have proceeded as planned).
The user's credits are unblocked and the "Payment returned to the user" event is recorded in the following cases:
- The "meeting progress" for the expert is "The meeting did not take place because of me (absence, technical problems)".
- The "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting failed due to the other party (absence, technical problems)" and the expert did not complete the "Meeting progress" within 7 days (168 hours) of its end (it is considered that the meeting did not take place due to the expert).
Unblocking the user's credits and recording the "Payment returned to the user" event, plus the transfer of 50% of the appointment credits from Expertim to the expert, will occur in the following cases:
- "Meeting progress" for the expert is "Meeting did not take place due to broken Expertim services" and
- "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting failed due to Expertim services not working".
In other cases, Expertim will decide to pay or return credits, for example:
- "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting failed due to the other party (absence, technical problems)" and "Meeting progress" for the expert is "Meeting went smoothly" (need to verify if the expert actually joined the meeting and when).
- "Meeting progress" for both user and expert is "Meeting failed due to other party (absence, technical problems)" (need to verify if both actually joined the meeting and when).
- "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting failed due to other party (absence, technical problems)" and "Meeting progress" for the expert is "Meeting failed due to Expertim services not working".
- "Meeting progress" for the user is "Meeting failed due to Expertim services not working" and "Meeting progress" for the expert is "Meeting failed due to other party (absence, technical problems)".
