Streams dashboard 

The user can view the main page of streams / webinars within the Expertise within which the user is viewing the page.

In the dashboard they will see:

  • The number of webinars, their streams are active and have not yet taken place 
  • Number of webinars, their streams are active and have already taken place (max. 6 months since they took place)
  • List of scheduled webinars on the strams he has active
  • The number of streams that are available
  • The number of streams it has active
  • List of streams

Starting the webinar 

In the case of a webinar for which the user has an activated stream, the user can join the room during the webinar and up to 15 minutes before the start of the webinar.

Launching the webinar from the archive 

In the case of a free webinar, or a paid webinar for which the user has purchased a stream and the webinar is already over, the user can play the webinar recording up to 6 months after the webinar.

Sending a notification - a reminder about an upcoming webinar 

In the case of a webinar for which the user has purchased a stream, the application notification "Webinar reminder" will be sent to the user 120 hours before the start of the webinar. Depending on the user's settings, e-mail notifications may also be sent. The user can set the sending of email notifications in his profile "Notification settings".

Sending a notification - reminder of the webinar with a link 

In the case of a webinar for which the user has purchased a stream, the application notification "Webinar link" will be sent to the user 60 minutes before the start of the webinar. Depending on the user's settings, e-mail notifications may also be sent. The user can set the sending of email notifications in his profile "Notification settings".

Sending a notification - a reminder of an unrated webinar 

In the case of a webinar that has already taken place and in which the user participated, or viewed an archive recording and has not yet rated the webinar, a "Webinar rating reminder" notification will be sent 1 day after this participation.

Evaluation of the webinar 

For a webinar that has taken place, which the user has not yet rated, he can rate the webinar.

Webinar recommendation 

A user can recommend a webinar to another user. Just fill in the e-mail address of the person you want to recommend for the webinar. If the email is valid, the referred user will receive a "Webinar Recommendation" notification. If the webinar has not yet been recommended to the given email or there is no user with this email, the referring user will be recorded. If a new user registers with this email, the referring user will be credited with bonus credits.

Webinar sharing

User can share public webinar detail on social networks.

Specifically, it may share a public webinar detail on platforms:

  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn 

The appropriate buttons are used for sharing, which redirect users to specific platforms where the public details of the webinar are to be shared.

Activation (purchase) of the stream 

The user can activate a specific non-activated stream where login is activated.

In case of activation of the stream, which is free, the user must confirm the confirmation dialog. This will activate the stream.

In case of activation of a paid stream, a check will be made to see if the user has enough credits. An error message will appear if it does not have enough credits. If he has enough credits, a dialog will appear with the price in credits. In the case of confirmation, the credits will be deducted, the stream will be activated and the user will be added to the "Stream payment" credit movement.

Stream extension 

The user can extend a specific activated stream, where login is activated, no earlier than 6 months before the end of the current subscription. This selection can be made on the stream detail.

In the case of extending the stream, which is free, the user must confirm the confirmation dialog. This will extend the stream by another "Subscription Length".

In the case of extending a paid stream, a check will be made to see if the user has enough credits. An error message will appear if it does not have enough credits. If he has enough credits, a dialog box will appear with the price in credits. In the case of confirmation, credits will be deducted from the user's credit account, the stream will be extended by an additional "Subscription Length" and the user's "Stream Payment" credit movement will be added.

Deactivating the stream 

The user can deactivate the activated stream. This selection can be made on the stream detail.

The user will be presented with a dialog stating that deactivation will disable access to paid webinars and that the user will not be reimbursed for the remaining stream activation time.

Confirming stream deactivation will disable the stream for the user.

Sending a notification - a reminder about the approaching end of the stream subscription 

In the case of an activated stream, the user is sent a "Stream subscription ending" notification 30 days (month) before the end of the activation (subscription).
