List of experts
The user can view the list of available experts who, as part of the Expertise, are approved to provide mentoring and consultation services, have an "Approved Expert Profile" and "Activated Services". The user can choose according to field and skills.
The list will not contain experts who do not have the option "Visibility in the list of experts" checked, or who do not have a single service active within Expertise in which the page user is viewing. Also, mentors who have the user blocked will not be visible in the list.
Choosing an appointment with an expert
The user can book an appointment with the expert.
It will not be possible to select an appointment for the selected expert (a message will appear that it is not possible to select an appointment for this expert) if:
- the expert does not offer any service (does not have any service active) as part of the Expertise within which the user views the pages,
- or the expert has the user among the blocked ones, regardless of the Expertise within which the user views the pages.
First, the user selects the appropriate expert service and continues with the reservation.
To make a reservation, fill in the following:
- Selected expert service
- Skills to which services are attached
- Expectations from mentoring or consulting
- Date
- Time
- Length (minutes)
If successful, a new appointment will be created with the given expert with the status "Awaiting approval". The requested price in credits will be blocked for the user and the "Credit payment status" will be set to "Blocked" in the meeting. The appointment will be confirmed by the user (because he requests it), but not by the expert. A “User Approval” event is recorded on the meeting timeline. And the notification "Invitation to a meeting by the user" will be sent to the expert.
Expert recommendation
A user can recommend an expert to another user.
To send an expert recommendation, he fills in the e-mail address of the user to whom he wants to recommend the expert.
If the recommendation is successful, an "Expert recommendation" notification will be sent to the specified e-mail. If no one has recommended the application to this e-mail and there is no user with this e-mail, the referring user will be recorded. Credits will be added to the referring user when a new user registers with this email.
Expert sharing
The user can share the expert's public profile on social networks.
In particular, he can share the expert's public profile on the platforms using the prepared buttons:
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
